FOUNDER & DIRECTOR, BIFA was started by Tmt Amutha Dhandapani in the year 1986. It has rolled out 100’s of students every year. The Institute has performed at various cultural events inside and outside India. Students have made their individual and group performances at almost all the Dance Festivals of South India. ARTISTIC DIRECTOR, Tmt. Mathula Kishore kumar began her formal training in Bharathanatyam dance from her age of 4 under the loving and able guidance of her mother and Guru “Aadalkalaimani” “Nrithya Rathna” Tmt Amutha Dhandapani. She has been gifted to carry the Traditional Pandanainallur style. SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENTS: Our institute takes immense pride in its achievements, including: - Performing a group classical dance at the Chess Olympiad inaugural function in front of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. - Participating in the International Dance Festival in Cambodia. - Performing at the “National Parade” on Republic Day in Delhi, in front of the Chief Minister and President of India. -Performed at the “Global Dance Festival-General Convocation 2023” In Sri Lanka presented by Global Arts Academy, The UK.
